Compared to other proton pump inhibitors pantoprazole (Controloc) has higher chemical stability and less potential for interaction with hepatic oxidase system, which depends on cytochrome P450. Pantoprazole (Controloc) does not accumulate, and in case of repeated drug intake during the day pharmacokinetics does not change.
