Superconducting properties of FeSe 1 − x Te x films with x = 0 − 0.4

• We investigate superconducting properties of FeSe 1 − x Te x films with x = 0 − 0.4 . • Superconducting transition temperature in lms with x = 0.2 − 0.4 are 22 − 23 K. • Superconducting transition temperature suddenly drops at x = 0.1 − 0.15 .
