Seminal coagulum of Saimiri collinsi is a spongy matrix of both looser and compacted fibres. Sperms are attached on the surface and innermost layer of the seminal coagulum. ACP-118®️ promoves partial dissolution and vacuolization in the seminal coagulum. ACP-118®️ allows the release of the spermatozoa from the seminal coagulum matrix.
