Pathological Complete Response (PCR) with TDM1 (Trastuzumab Emtansine) in Refractory HER2-Positive Locally Advanced Breast Cancer (LABC)

Abstract We report a patient with HER2-positive locally advanced breast cancer who progressed on neoadjuvant chemotherapy, chemoradiation and anti-HER2-based chemotherapy but achieved complete pathologic response with TDM1 (trastuzumab emtansine).
