This study advances on the Self-Determination Theory to suggest that shared leadership has a positive effect on resilience and performance through passion at work at different levels of analysis. A sample of 518 physicians working in Spanish public hospitals was used. The results showed that shared leadership was associated with team and individual outcomes via passion at work at team level, while no significant mediating effect was found for passion at work at the individual level. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed, limitations are considered, and future research directions are suggested DE-206 Namensnennung - Nicht kommerziell 4.0 International CC BY-NC 4.0 cc https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/ passion at work (dpeaa)DE-206 performance (dpeaa)DE-206 resilience (dpeaa)DE-206 Shared leadership (dpeaa)DE-206 Rofcanin, Yasin verfasserin aut Las Heras, Mireia verfasserin (DE-588)133005208 (DE-627)529805138 (DE-576)299558940 aut Enthalten in Business research quarterly London : Sage Publishing, 2014 25(2022), 1 vom: Jan., Seite 8-27 Online-Ressource (DE-627)787023329 (DE-600)2772827-4 (DE-576)407572325 2340-9444 nnns volume:25 year:2022 number:1 month:01 pages:8-27 https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/23409444211035138 Verlag kostenfrei https://doi.org/10.1177/23409444211035138 Resolving-System kostenfrei http://hdl.handle.net/10419/261914 Resolving-System kostenfrei GBV_USEFLAG_U GBV_ILN_26 ISIL_DE-206 SYSFLAG_1 GBV_KXP GBV_ILN_20 GBV_ILN_22 GBV_ILN_23 GBV_ILN_24 GBV_ILN_31 GBV_ILN_39 GBV_ILN_40 GBV_ILN_60 GBV_ILN_62 GBV_ILN_63 GBV_ILN_65 GBV_ILN_69 GBV_ILN_70 GBV_ILN_73 GBV_ILN_95 GBV_ILN_105 GBV_ILN_110 GBV_ILN_151 GBV_ILN_161 GBV_ILN_170 GBV_ILN_206 GBV_ILN_213 GBV_ILN_230 GBV_ILN_285 GBV_ILN_293 GBV_ILN_370 GBV_ILN_602 GBV_ILN_2005 GBV_ILN_2009 GBV_ILN_2011 GBV_ILN_2014 GBV_ILN_2055 GBV_ILN_2111 GBV_ILN_2705 GBV_ILN_2890 GBV_ILN_4012 GBV_ILN_4037 GBV_ILN_4112 GBV_ILN_4125 GBV_ILN_4126 GBV_ILN_4249 GBV_ILN_4305 GBV_ILN_4306 GBV_ILN_4307 GBV_ILN_4313 GBV_ILN_4322 GBV_ILN_4323 GBV_ILN_4324 GBV_ILN_4325 GBV_ILN_4326 GBV_ILN_4335 GBV_ILN_4338 GBV_ILN_4367 GBV_ILN_4700 GBV_ILN_2403 GBV_ILN_2403 ISIL_DE-LFER AR 25 2022 1 1 8-27 26 01 0206 4050812967 x1z 03-02-22 2403 01 DE-LFER 4054966772 00 --%%-- --%%-- n --%%-- l01 09-02-22 2403 01 DE-LFER https://doi.org/10.1177/23409444211035138 2403 01 DE-LFER https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/23409444211035138 |

Building resilience and performance in turbulent times the influence of shared leadership and passion at work across levels |
abstract |
The COVID-19 pandemic has tested health care professionals to the extreme. This study investigated the re-enchanting effect of shared leadership and passion at work in the context of public health care. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed, limitations are considered, and future research directions are suggested |
