520 | |a The purpose of this research were: 1) to study and 2) to evaluate the academic administration model by using information technology in small sized school subordinated to municipality. The sample group was 196 populations from 3 small sized school subordinated to municipality. The populations which consisted of school directors, heads of academic affair department, IT teachers were selected by multi-stage sampling. In this research, the researcher collected data by using indepth interview. There were 17 specialists to evaluated the element of the model, 17 experts to evaluated the primely form of model and 21 specialists to evaluated and finalzed the form of model. The research instrument was questionnaire, interview form and evaluation form. The statistic used to analyze the data were mean, standard diviation and content analysis. The research found that: The academic affair administration model by using information technology in small sized school subordinated to municipality has 4 core elements, as follows: 1) Information technology system management is the element which drive the model by supporting and maintaining the computer set to be in good condition and ready to use especially software part. Software managing is one of the most important method to achieve the goal, software developing and using the suitable software for the highest performance was included. 2) Information technology services management is functioned to plan information technology working schedule, supply appropriate multimedia for education and multimedia for education instruction, support and maintain the performance of computer set and peopleware. 3) Human resources development management is functioned to develop teachers to be peopleware or at least be fluently using multimedia for education, This part aims to educate teacher to fulfill information technology skill, one of the most important method to achieve this part is budget allocation continuously for supporting and developing. 4) Information technology for learning management supportation is functioned to support and encourage teachers to create multimedia innovation information technology for teaching in classroom, supply sufficiently multimedia for education and information technology resource. Innovations are created by teacher’s learning plan analysis. Drafting a master plan to be a guideline of information technology usage in the whole parts of school’s administration section. According to the model evolution found that the model is practically appropriate to be used in school management at the most level as well as its possibility and its utility which are reach the most level. | ||
