Environment education is one factor that helps to improve the teaching of teachers. Students learning at the school to make the school a better environment for teaching and learning activities developed well. This research has the following goals: 1) to synthesize the elements and indicators of community involvement in the educational environment. Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21. 2) to study the problems and needs the participation of the community in education. The research consisted of 3 phase, Phase 1 the elements and indicators of community involvement in the educational environment of the schools. Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 21.
