The research consisted of 3 phase, Phase 1 the elements and indicators of community involvement in the educational environment of the schools. Secondary Educational Service Area Office Area 21. Phase 2 Study of the current problems and needs the participation of the community. In educational environment of the schools. And standard deviation of the current state and the desired state. Then the index needs and priorities (PNI), then study how best practices (Best Practice) studies to develop guidelines for the participation of the community in the educational environment of the schools of 3 school.
