Performance of lambs supplemented with fodder salt Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.)
The objective of this experiment was to evaluate productive performance of lambs fed different levels of Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.) in the making of gliricidia forage salt. A total of 30 180-day-old male crossbred Santa Inês lambs of 25 kg body weight were confined in 1 m² stalls, fed Tifton-85 (Cyna...

A total of 30 180-day-old male crossbred Santa Inês lambs of 25 kg body weight were confined in 1 m² stalls, fed Tifton-85 (Cynadon spp.) hay, fodder salts and water ad libitum. The experimental design was randomized, composed of six repetitions of five treatments. The formulation of gliricidia forage salt was 0 (100% NaCl), 93, 95, 97 and 99% gliricidia hay with 7, 5, 3 and 1% NaCl, respectively. The experiment was conducted for 74 d, with 14 d for adaptation and 60 d for sampling. Gliricidia forage salt supplementation showed no effect (P<0.05) on dry matter, organic matter or neutral detergent fiber intake, although it affected (P<0.05) crude protein and ether extract intake. The highest performance of animals was observed in gliricidia forage salt with 99% addition of gliricidia. | ||

The highest performance of animals was observed in gliricidia forage salt with 99% addition of gliricidia. feeding intake lambs weight gain Animal culture Marly Rosa Baroni verfasserin aut Paulo Andrade de Oliveira verfasserin aut Gabriel Jorge Carneiro de Oliveira verfasserin aut Soraya Maria Palma Luz Jaeger verfasserin aut Adriana Regina Bagaldo verfasserin aut In Revista Brasileira de Zootecnia Sociedade Brasileira de Zootecnia, 2004 41(2012), 4, Seite 959-962 (DE-627)347753302 (DE-600)2078814-9 18069290 nnns volume:41 year:2012 number:4 pages:959-962 https://doi.org/10.1590/S1516-35982012000400018 kostenfrei https://doaj.org/article/1780b52efba048afa3e813c70627df21 kostenfrei http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S1516-35982012000400018 kostenfrei https://doaj.org/toc/1516-3598 Journal toc kostenfrei https://doaj.org/toc/1806-9290 Journal toc kostenfrei GBV_USEFLAG_A SYSFLAG_A GBV_DOAJ SSG-OLC-PHA GBV_ILN_20 GBV_ILN_22 GBV_ILN_23 GBV_ILN_24 GBV_ILN_31 GBV_ILN_39 GBV_ILN_40 GBV_ILN_62 GBV_ILN_63 GBV_ILN_65 GBV_ILN_69 GBV_ILN_70 GBV_ILN_73 GBV_ILN_74 GBV_ILN_95 GBV_ILN_105 GBV_ILN_110 GBV_ILN_151 GBV_ILN_161 GBV_ILN_170 GBV_ILN_213 GBV_ILN_230 GBV_ILN_285 GBV_ILN_293 GBV_ILN_602 GBV_ILN_2014 GBV_ILN_4012 GBV_ILN_4037 GBV_ILN_4112 GBV_ILN_4125 GBV_ILN_4126 GBV_ILN_4249 GBV_ILN_4305 GBV_ILN_4306 GBV_ILN_4307 GBV_ILN_4313 GBV_ILN_4322 GBV_ILN_4323 GBV_ILN_4324 GBV_ILN_4325 GBV_ILN_4338 GBV_ILN_4367 GBV_ILN_4700 AR 41 2012 4 959-962 |

Performance of lambs supplemented with fodder salt Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.) |
abstract |
The objective of this experiment was to evaluate productive performance of lambs fed different levels of Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.) in the making of gliricidia forage salt. |

The highest performance of animals was observed in gliricidia forage salt with 99% addition of gliricidia.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield
