520 | |a The results of the study of the principles of management technology of the behavior of people in its modern understanding, in order to provide such behavior, which is absolutely necessary to the owners of the means of manipulation, are presented in the article. It is shown that the hidden effect which must be unnoticed by the object of manipulation lays in the basis of all types of manipulation. The success of manipulation is guaranteed when manipulated person believes that what is happening is natural and inevitable. If the attempt of manipulation is being exposed and the disclosure becomes too much known, the action is usually curtailed, since the disclosed fact of such attempt condemns the manipulator to failure. The main purpose is hidden more carefully, so that even the disclosure of the fact of an attempt to manipulate would not lead to revealing true intentions. The study of domestic and foreign scholars, who considered manipulation as a component of power technology, and not just an influence on the behavior of a friend or partner, is presented herein. Since manipulation of social consciousness has become a technology, there are professionals who master this technology (or its specific characteristics). The system of training of personal, scientific researches, scientific and popular science literature have appeared. It is suggested to get acquainted with the most common basic types of manipulators. The attention is paid to forms of informational violence, namely: physical (high-volume music, radiation); physiological (negative effect from the combination of colors, 25th frame); psychological (fear, disorders, negative information) and the latest technologies that increase the danger of informational violence, through which exponential development of the risk and vulnerability of our civilization takes place. Thus, it is concluded that the used technologies of manipulation are based particularly on the general methods of psychological influence. The preventive methods of manipulation of social and mass consciousness are the integral part of the professional activities of a practical psychologist in the implementation of psycho-corrective influence in general. The protection against information becomes more relevant rather than the protection of the information itself. | ||

Manipulation of social consciousness in the process of communication |
abstract |
The results of the study of the principles of management technology of the behavior of people in its modern understanding, in order to provide such behavior, which is absolutely necessary to the owners of the means of manipulation, are presented in the article. |
