520 | |a The main purpose of this article is sustainability evaluation of Vilnius development by comparing the selected city's neighbourhoods. Firstly, all neighbourhoods of Vilnius are being grouped according to particular features. For a comprehensive comparative analysis the group of ten neighbourhoods has been chosen. They are “FabijoniÅ¡kesâ€, “JustiniÅ¡kesâ€, “KaroliniÅ¡kesâ€, “Lazdynaiâ€, “PaÅ¡ilaiÄiaiâ€, “Pilaiteâ€, “ŠeÅ¡kineâ€, “Verkiai, “VirÅ¡uliÅ¡kes†and “ŽirmÅ«naiâ€. A thorough literature analysis was carried out and the system of twelve indicators has been developed. This system characterises business environment (economic indicators), quality of life (social indicators) and infrastructure (engineeringâ€technical indicators). Values and weights of indicators were set up by questioning experts and analysing various information sources. Due to the complexity of the problem under consideration the game theory has been applied, specifically, Hurwicz, Laplace, Hodges and Lehmen rules. Calculations according to these rules by LEVI 3.0 software have been performed. It is estimated that Virsuliskes neighbourhood is developing in the most sustainable way. and the best opportunities for business and residential property development are there. IÅ¡ pradžių visos Vilniaus miesto seniÅ«nijos sugrupuojamos pagal tam tikrus požymius. IÅ¡samiai lyginamajai analizei pasirinkta deÅ¡imties seniÅ«nijų grupÄ—, kuriÄ… sudaro FabijoniÅ¡kÄ—s, JustiniÅ¡kÄ—s, KaroliniÅ¡kÄ—s, Lazdynai, PaÅ¡ilaiÄiai, PilaitÄ—, Å eÅ¡kinÄ—, Verkiai, VirÅ¡uliÅ¡kÄ—s ir ŽirmÅ«nai. Atlikus iÅ¡samiÄ… literatÅ«ros analizÄ™ darnai įvertinti sudaryta unikali dvylikos rodiklių sistema. Ji apibÅ«dina verslo aplinkÄ… (ekonominiai rodikliai), gyvenimo kokybÄ™ (socialiniai rodikliai) ir infrastruktÅ«rÄ… (inžineriniai bei techniniai rodikliai). Remiantis ekspertų apklausomis, kitais informacijos Å¡altiniais, nustatyti Å¡ių rodiklių reikÅ¡mÄ—s ir reikÅ¡mingumai. DÄ—l problemos sudÄ—tingumo uždaviniui sprÄ™sti pritaikyti loÅ¡imu teorija - Hurwiczo, Laplace'o, Hodgeso ir Lehmano taisyklÄ—s. SkaiÄiavimai pagal Å¡ias taisykles atlikti LEVI 3.0 programa. Firstly, all neighbourhoods of Vilnius are being grouped according to particular features. For a comprehensive comparative analysis the group of ten neighbourhoods has been chosen. They are “FabijoniÅ¡kesâ€, “JustiniÅ¡kesâ€, “KaroliniÅ¡kesâ€, “Lazdynaiâ€, “PaÅ¡ilaiÄiaiâ€, “Pilaiteâ€, “ŠeÅ¡kineâ€, “Verkiai, “VirÅ¡uliÅ¡kes†and “ŽirmÅ«naiâ€. A thorough literature analysis was carried out and the system of twelve indicators has been developed. This system characterises business environment (economic indicators), quality of life (social indicators) and infrastructure (engineeringâ€technical indicators). Values and weights of indicators were set up by questioning experts and analysing various information sources. Due to the complexity of the problem under consideration the game theory has been applied, specifically, Hurwicz, Laplace, Hodges and Lehmen rules. Calculations according to these rules by LEVI 3.0 software have been performed. It is estimated that Virsuliskes neighbourhood is developing in the most sustainable way. and the best opportunities for business and residential property development are there. IÅ¡ pradžių visos Vilniaus miesto seniÅ«nijos sugrupuojamos pagal tam tikrus požymius. IÅ¡samiai lyginamajai analizei pasirinkta deÅ¡imties seniÅ«nijų grupÄ—, kuriÄ… sudaro FabijoniÅ¡kÄ—s, JustiniÅ¡kÄ—s, KaroliniÅ¡kÄ—s, Lazdynai, PaÅ¡ilaiÄiai, PilaitÄ—, Å eÅ¡kinÄ—, Verkiai, VirÅ¡uliÅ¡kÄ—s ir ŽirmÅ«nai. Firstly, all neighbourhoods of Vilnius are being grouped according to particular features. For a comprehensive comparative analysis the group of ten neighbourhoods has been chosen. They are “FabijoniÅ¡kesâ€, “JustiniÅ¡kesâ€, “KaroliniÅ¡kesâ€, “Lazdynaiâ€, “PaÅ¡ilaiÄiaiâ€, “Pilaiteâ€, “ŠeÅ¡kineâ€, “Verkiai, “VirÅ¡uliÅ¡kes†and “ŽirmÅ«naiâ€. A thorough literature analysis was carried out and the system of twelve indicators has been developed. This system characterises business environment (economic indicators), quality of life (social indicators) and infrastructure (engineeringâ€technical indicators). Values and weights of indicators were set up by questioning experts and analysing various information sources. Due to the complexity of the problem under consideration the game theory has been applied, specifically, Hurwicz, Laplace, Hodges and Lehmen rules. Calculations according to these rules by LEVI 3.0 software have been performed. It is estimated that Virsuliskes neighbourhood is developing in the most sustainable way. and the best opportunities for business and residential property development are there. IÅ¡samiai lyginamajai analizei pasirinkta deÅ¡imties seniÅ«nijų grupÄ—, kuriÄ… sudaro FabijoniÅ¡kÄ—s, JustiniÅ¡kÄ—s, KaroliniÅ¡kÄ—s, Lazdynai, PaÅ¡ilaiÄiai, PilaitÄ—, Å eÅ¡kinÄ—, Verkiai, VirÅ¡uliÅ¡kÄ—s ir ŽirmÅ«nai. Atlikus iÅ¡samiÄ… literatÅ«ros analizÄ™ darnai įvertinti sudaryta unikali dvylikos rodiklių sistema. Ji apibÅ«dina verslo aplinkÄ… (ekonominiai rodikliai), gyvenimo kokybÄ™ (socialiniai rodikliai) ir infrastruktÅ«rÄ… (inžineriniai bei techniniai rodikliai). Remiantis ekspertų apklausomis, kitais informacijos Å¡altiniais, nustatyti Å¡ių rodiklių reikÅ¡mÄ—s ir reikÅ¡mingumai. The main purpose of this article is sustainability evaluation of Vilnius development by comparing the selected city's neighbourhoods. Firstly, all neighbourhoods of Vilnius are being grouped according to particular features. For a comprehensive comparative analysis the group of ten neighbourhoods has been chosen. They are “FabijoniÅ¡kesâ€, “JustiniÅ¡kesâ€, “KaroliniÅ¡kesâ€, “Lazdynaiâ€, “PaÅ¡ilaiÄiaiâ€, “Pilaiteâ€, “ŠeÅ¡kineâ€, “Verkiai, “VirÅ¡uliÅ¡kes†and “ŽirmÅ«naiâ€. A thorough literature analysis was carried out and the system of twelve indicators has been developed. This system characterises business environment (economic indicators), quality of life (social indicators) and infrastructure (engineeringâ€technical indicators). Values and weights of indicators were set up by questioning experts and analysing various information sources. Due to the complexity of the problem under consideration the game theory has been applied, specifically, Hurwicz, Laplace, Hodges and Lehmen rules. Calculations according to these rules by LEVI 3.0 software have been performed. It is estimated that Virsuliskes neighbourhood is developing in the most sustainable way. and the best opportunities for business and residential property development are there.
