Prerequisites for national government control over the country’s elderly education network: the case of Russia |
abstract |
The paper’s aim is identification of prerequisites for national government control over the country’s elderly education network. The presented Russian case accentuates the importance of development of elderly education programs in view of the recent retirement-age increase. There are arguments for a need in the involvement of the national government in functioning and development of the national network of elderly education projects. The paper includes an overview of patterns used by other national governments in their interaction with national systems of elderly education. The authors describe the pattern that is the best for the social, economic, and cultural conditions that prevail in Russia. The authors ground their conclusions on the overview of academic papers on a status of elderly education in Russia and in the world, as well as results of their own research. The paper contains recommendations on the development of measures to implement the potential of the national system of elderly education projects in Russia as a social management tool. |

The paper contains recommendations on the development of measures to implement the potential of the national system of elderly education projects in Russia as a social management tool.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">elderly education</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">education sociology</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">management sociology</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">demography</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Education</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">L</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Education (General)</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">In</subfield><subfield code="t">Revista Conrado</subfield><subfield code="d">Universidad de Cienfuegos, 2016</subfield><subfield code="g">17(2021), 81, Seite 44-50</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-627)1760648922</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-600)3073243-8</subfield><subfield code="x">19908644</subfield><subfield code="7">nnns</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="1" ind2="8"><subfield code="g">volume:17</subfield><subfield code="g">year:2021</subfield><subfield code="g">number:81</subfield><subfield code="g">pages:44-50</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="0"><subfield code="u">https://doaj.org/article/5f9ce7fc2f7240bc9f982ca61d30b91f</subfield><subfield code="z">kostenfrei</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="0"><subfield code="u">https://conrado.ucf.edu.cu/index.php/conrado/article/view/1864/1829</subfield><subfield code="z">kostenfrei</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="2"><subfield code="u">https://doaj.org/toc/1990-8644</subfield><subfield code="y">Journal toc</subfield><subfield code="z">kostenfrei</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_USEFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">SYSFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_DOAJ</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="951" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">AR</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="952" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="d">17</subfield><subfield code="j">2021</subfield><subfield code="e">81</subfield><subfield code="h">44-50</subfield></datafield></record></collection>
