In other words, the proceedings should be carried out in accordance with a specific context in the text of the law, otherwise, it would have been useless. Formality in this sense is the cornerstone of the procedure laws, and it is indispensable. In the view of comparative legislation, it carries advantages which make it one of the main pillars of the procedural law.
