The communication approach towards rehabilitation emphasizes the necessity of incorporating verbal communication and non-verbal communication into the diagnostic and therapy procedures because of the close link between the two modes of communication. Diagnosis and therapy are discussed in terms of communication skills, social and personal sensitivity and tension.
