Mythos-Logos Relationship in Antik Greece: An Evaluation of Thales Perspective ob Arkhe from the Perspective of Mythos |
abstract |
The concepts of Mythos and Logos were used in Ancient Greek civilization to meet the words corresponding to the word concept. In the definitions made for the beginning of the history of philosophy, the concept of logos instead of the concept of myth is made to reveal the difference between the two concepts. The reason for this distinction is manifested in the comments that the mitos are mentioned with more religious content and the logos contain some kind of rationality in it. However, whether it is valid for Thales, who is considered as the first nature philosopher / philosopher, is still being discussed today. Whether Thales, who was placed in the first place in the history of philosophy writing, interprets the concepts in a different way is a matter of controversy for us. From this point of view, we will try to address the mentioned problem historically in our article. |

From this point of view, we will try to address the mentioned problem historically in our article.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">mythos</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">logos</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">thales</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Social Sciences</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">H</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="653" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Social sciences (General)</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">In</subfield><subfield code="t">Uluslararası Bilimsel Araştırmalar Dergisi</subfield><subfield code="d">Yildiz Technical University, 2017</subfield><subfield code="g">(2020), 7, Seite 269-281</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-627)1760616133</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-600)3070299-9</subfield><subfield code="x">25364642</subfield><subfield code="7">nnns</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="1" ind2="8"><subfield code="g">year:2020</subfield><subfield code="g">number:7</subfield><subfield code="g">pages:269-281</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="0"><subfield code="u">https://doi.org/10.21733/ibad.667654</subfield><subfield code="z">kostenfrei</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="0"><subfield code="u">https://doaj.org/article/ebc92eed9fb04c0c92a65657db390bb6</subfield><subfield code="z">kostenfrei</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="0"><subfield code="u">https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/download/article-file/1006313</subfield><subfield code="z">kostenfrei</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="2"><subfield code="u">https://doaj.org/toc/2536-4642</subfield><subfield code="y">Journal toc</subfield><subfield code="z">kostenfrei</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_USEFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">SYSFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_DOAJ</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="951" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">AR</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="952" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="j">2020</subfield><subfield code="e">7</subfield><subfield code="h">269-281</subfield></datafield></record></collection>
