The ARCs with optical and hydrophobic properties were prepared on a soda-lime glass substrate through the sol-gel dip-coating process. The influence of different factors on the coating performance in the preparation process was explored. The crystal structure and optical property of the PMPS modified SiO2 coatings were investigated. In addition, the modified coating proved to have good thermal stability at high temperatures below 280 °C by thermogravimetric analysis.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" "
