• We show two possibilities to realize miniaturized photoacoustic cells for traces gas detection. • Modeling of the photoacoustic cell comportment with the use of the Navier-Stokes formulation. • The use of these photoacoustic cells show a detection under 100 ppbv of methane with a commercial interband cascade laser. |
