Cd-doped ZnO quantum dots-based immunoassay for the quantitative determination of bisphenol A

• We have successfully synthesized water-soluble quantum dots. • The QDs are combined to bisphenol A antibodies by covalent coupling. • The FLISA method was developed for the detection of BPA. • We report a high-efficiency strategy in biological assays.
