Priming of beta-2 agonist and antimuscarinic induced physiological responses induced by 1200mg/day NAC in moderate to severe COPD patients: A pilot study

• We investigated effects of antioxidant on bronchodilator-response in COPD patients. • Antioxidant-therapy modulates antimuscarinic lung-hyperinflation responses. • No beta-2 agonist lung-physiology response was modulated by antioxidant-therapy.
