• In recent years, the soft corals and gorgonians of Octocorallia have become a new marine resource for searching of novel bioactive natural products. • We investigated the efficacy of organic extract and its polar fractions (F2–F3) of Eunicella singularis for their in vitro antiproliferative and antioxidant activities. • The organic extract and its fractions exhibited interesting antiproliferative and antioxidant activities in a dose dependent manner. |
