Exponentially modified Gaussian relevance to the distributions of translocation events in nanopore-based single molecule detection

We introduced the EMG function to fit the distributions of blockage durations in nanopore-based experiments, which is well performed for revealing the behaviors of biomolecules at single molecule level.
