• A screening method using GSK-3β-immobilized MBs coupled with HPLC-UV was developed. • This method was used to screen the inhibitory activity of extracts of 15 TCMs. • A new inhibitor of GSK-3β, fukugetin, was found from Garcinia xanthochymus. • Fukugetin was a non-ATP competitive inhibitor and its IC50 was 3.18±0.07μM. |
