Transoral robotic surgery for management of cervical unknown primary squamous cell carcinoma: Updates on efficacy, surgical technique and margin status

• Panendoscopy plus TORS successfully identified the primary tumor in 80% of cases. • The primary tumor was more often located in the tongue base than tonsil. • If a margin was positive, it was most commonly the deep margin.
