Modulation of magnetic transitions in SmFeO3 single crystal by Pr3+ substitution
• Temperature-induced magnetic transitions were observed in Sm0.5Pr0.5FeO3 crystal. • Compared with SmFeO3, TSR, Tssw and Tcomp of Sm0.5Pr0.5FeO3 were modulated. • The dynamics of spin reorientation is verified by THz-TDS, with the AFM mode.
