• A novel density measurement device based on magnetic levitation is proposed. • The principle and modelling of the device based on a unified model is carried out. • The size and distance of the magnets affect the stable levitation of the sample. • The sensitivity can be enhanced by enlarging the distance of the magnets. • The measuring result is not affected by the volumes and phases of the samples. |
