Osteopontin exacerbates the progression of experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis by affecting the differentiation of T cell subsets
• Osteopontin (OPN) is an immunoregulatory factors involved in the development of autoimmune disease. • The expression of OPN is increased during the development of experiment autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG). • The rats in the EAMG group were randomized to receive NaCl or different dose of OPN....

Osteopontin exacerbates the progression of experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis by affecting the differentiation of T cell subsets |
abstract |
• Osteopontin (OPN) is an immunoregulatory factors involved in the development of autoimmune disease. • The expression of OPN is increased during the development of experiment autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG). • The rats in the EAMG group were randomized to receive NaCl or different dose of OPN. • OPN could regulate the differentiation of Th cells, especially Th1 and Treg cells. |
