In situ construction of ligand nano-network to integrin α v β 3 for angiogenesis inhibition

In this paper, we synthesized a self-assembling peptide nanomaterial SAP with the ability to target integrin α v β 3. Under the ligand-receptor interaction, nano-network is formed, which inhibits the migration of HUVECs cells and hinders angiogenesis.
