HSP110 expression in canine mammary gland tumor and its correlation with histopathological classification and grade

• Serum HSP110 concentrations were not significant in dogs with mammary tumor. • HSP110 expression increased in canine malignant mammary tumor tissue. • Tissue expression level of HSP110 correlates with the malignancy. • HSP110 might be associated with tumorigenesis and relative malignancy.
