Architectural Cu2OCuO mesocrystals as superior catalyst for trichlorosilane synthesis

Time-dependent evolution experiments were performed by intercepting intermediate products at different reaction stages to reveal the formation mechanism of novel core/shell-structured Cu2OCuO mesocrystals (Cu2O@CuO MC) with hexapod morphology.
