Maximizing sentinel node detection in endometrial cancer with dual cervical and transcervical fundal indocyanine green injection: 5-year single-center prospective study

• The aortic sentinel node can be detected and improves detection rates in endometrial cancer. • Isolated aortic node involvement is found in one in four patients with positive nodes. • The percentage of positive sentinel nodes is 6.6 % in both pelvic and aortic regions.
