Reduced interoceptive accuracy in patients with obsessive–compulsive disorder: A case-control study

• OCD's pathological doubt might be linked to interoceptive deficits, amongst other mental health concerns. • OCD patients showed lower levels of Interoceptive Accuracy (IA) than HC. • Alexithymia, impulsiveness, depression, and anxiety were not associated with IA.
