Optimal wavelengths selection from all points for blood species identification based on spatially resolved near-infrared diffuse transmission spectroscopy

• We explored an wavelength selection method for spatially resolved spectroscopy. • Result proves that ECPLS from all points perform better than ECPLS from single point. • The results can guide the design of the measurement system for diffuse spectroscopy.
