The utility of intraoperative ECoG in tumor-related epilepsy: Systematic review
Epilepsy is one of the most common clinical manifestations of primary brain tumors. Intraoperative electrocorticography (ECoG) has been widely used in tumor resection. We aim to describe the indication and utility of ECoG during brain tumor surgery.
