Impact of Hospital Volume on the Outcomes of Renal Trauma Management

In this multicenter study, management of renal trauma varied significantly according to hospital volume. The most clinically relevant outcomes favored very-high-volume centers with lower rates of nephrectomy and failure of nonoperative management.
