Investigation on the phase behaviors of aqueous surfactant two-phase systems containing Alkyl polyglucosides (APG) and alkyl polyglucoside sulfosuccinate (APGSS)

• The formation mechanism of APG/APGSS ATPS is proposed. • APG and APGSS is compounded to form an aqueous two-phase system. • Wormlike aggregates are formed in the top phase solution.
