A comparison of theoretical data with experimental results obtained when studying the dependence of SrTiO"3 crystal transmission on the intensity of laser radiation of picosecond duration has been carried out. Based on the above comparison, a cross section of the three-photon absorption, σ10^-^7^6 cm^6s^2, has been estimated.
