Experimental limit on a 17 keV neutrino branch in the beta decay of ^1^7^7Lu
The beta decay of Lutetium 177 was investigated for a possible heavy neutrino mixing with a mass of m"ν"h = 17 keV. The beta spectrum was measured with the magnetic spectrometer BILL at the Institute Laue Langevin Grenoble. No evidence for ν-mixing was observed.
