Using our (γ,p) and the available (γ,n) results, a strength ratio of the T> to T< component S>S< equal to 0.13-0.14 is obtained. By determining the cross sections for various proton decay channels, the escape Γ↑ and spreading Γ↓ widths for the T> resonance were deduced.
