Synthesis, Characterization, and Oxidative Cleavage Activities of Binaphthol-Modified Cyclotriphosphazene Bidentate Ligands
A series of novel cyclotriphosphazene derivatives were synthesized from hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (HCCP) and (S)-BINOL. The target ligands were characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, 31 P NMR, ESI-MS, and HR-MS. Preliminary studies on the oxidative cleavage of pUC19 DNA in the presence of their met...

Synthesis, Characterization, and Oxidative Cleavage Activities of Binaphthol-Modified Cyclotriphosphazene Bidentate Ligands |
abstract |
A series of novel cyclotriphosphazene derivatives were synthesized from hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (HCCP) and (S)-BINOL. The target ligands were characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, 31 P NMR, ESI-MS, and HR-MS. Preliminary studies on the oxidative cleavage of pUC19 DNA in the presence of their metal complexes have also been performed. The results revealed that their Cu 2+ complexes could act as powerful catalysts for the cleavage of pUC19 DNA under physiological conditions. The oxidative cleavage conditions were optimized. |
