ITE changed from an organization of solely traffic engineers to a more broad-based constituency of engineers, planners, educators, and administrators. ITE has become a leading resource for publications and training materials that serve transportation professionals. Brahms has helped cultivate relationships leading to high levels of collaboration with sister organizations, associations, and agencies.
