Entropy-based goodness-of-fit tests for the Pareto I distribution
In this article, having observed the generalized order statistics in a sample, we construct a test for the hypothesis that the underlying distribution is the Pareto I distribution. The Shannon entropy of generalized order statistics is used to test the null hypothesis.
