abstract |
Abstract The authors have worked out a mathematical model of non-synchronous assembly lines (NSAL). This model is based on some probabilistic relationships between manual and automatic assembly operations and logical relations characterised by the interaction which occurs when there is a limited storage of work carriers between assembly positions. Statistic modelling of more than 1500 examples of NSAL with various structures have been performed using this model. Generalised data made it possible to develop a graphic analytical calculation method for determining productivity and availability factors for the lines taking into account the number of the line positions and also their productivity and reliability factors. © IFS (Publications) Ltd. 1985 |

This model is based on some probabilistic relationships between manual and automatic assembly operations and logical relations characterised by the interaction which occurs when there is a limited storage of work carriers between assembly positions. Statistic modelling of more than 1500 examples of NSAL with various structures have been performed using this model. Generalised data made it possible to develop a graphic analytical calculation method for determining productivity and availability factors for the lines taking into account the number of the line positions and also their productivity and reliability factors.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Assembly Line</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Idle Time</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Line Position</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Assembly Operation</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Automatic Line</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Zolotuhin, A.</subfield><subfield code="4">aut</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Enthalten in</subfield><subfield code="t">The international journal of advanced manufacturing technology</subfield><subfield code="d">Springer-Verlag, 1985</subfield><subfield code="g">1(1985), 1 vom: Sept., Seite 85-94</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-627)129185299</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-600)52651-4</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-576)014456192</subfield><subfield code="x">0268-3768</subfield><subfield code="7">nnns</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="1" ind2="8"><subfield code="g">volume:1</subfield><subfield code="g">year:1985</subfield><subfield code="g">number:1</subfield><subfield code="g">month:09</subfield><subfield code="g">pages:85-94</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="1"><subfield code="u">https://doi.org/10.1007/BF02601584</subfield><subfield code="z">lizenzpflichtig</subfield><subfield code="3">Volltext</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_USEFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">SYSFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_OLC</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">SSG-OLC-TEC</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_70</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_2241</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_4307</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_4319</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="951" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">AR</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="952" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="d">1</subfield><subfield code="j">1985</subfield><subfield code="e">1</subfield><subfield code="c">09</subfield><subfield code="h">85-94</subfield></datafield></record></collection>
