An equation for calculating values of the Hubble constant of the substances of the Universe, and of the Universe and the Galaxy, Sun, and Earth has been obtained for the first time. Their age and the time of one full cycle and of five cycles of expansion and compression of the Universe are calculated. A new hypothesis about the formation of the relic background of the Universe is proposed.
