Although this is excellent advice, it is not as simple as it sounds, particularly on larger campuses, and the method of identifying current assessment initiatives is usually not addressed. This paper presents a method whereby a simple survey was used to help educate the campus about outcomes assessment while identifying assessment activities already being undertaken. The results of the survey are discussed, although the focus is on the process, content, and application of the survey. | ||

abstract |
Abstract Those embarking on development of an assessment program are encouraged to identify assessment activities already being undertaken. © Human Sciences Press, Inc. 1991 |

The results of the survey are discussed, although the focus is on the process, content, and application of the survey.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Outcome Assessment</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Education Research</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Assessment Program</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Assessment Activity</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Current Assessment</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Enthalten in</subfield><subfield code="t">Research in higher education</subfield><subfield code="d">Kluwer Academic Publishers-Human Sciences Press, 1973</subfield><subfield code="g">32(1991), 1 vom: Feb., Seite 59-69</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-627)129445762</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-600)196017-9</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-576)9129445760</subfield><subfield code="x">0361-0365</subfield><subfield code="7">nnns</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="1" ind2="8"><subfield code="g">volume:32</subfield><subfield code="g">year:1991</subfield><subfield code="g">number:1</subfield><subfield code="g">month:02</subfield><subfield code="g">pages:59-69</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="1"><subfield code="u">https://doi.org/10.1007/BF00992833</subfield><subfield code="z">lizenzpflichtig</subfield><subfield code="3">Volltext</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_USEFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">SYSFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_OLC</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">SSG-OLC-HSW</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_40</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_130</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_4012</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_4112</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_4310</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_ILN_4700</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="951" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">AR</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="952" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="d">32</subfield><subfield code="j">1991</subfield><subfield code="e">1</subfield><subfield code="c">02</subfield><subfield code="h">59-69</subfield></datafield></record></collection>
