Abstract What’s a developing nation? For that matter, what’s technology transfer? When put in the context of exporting and importing technology, the answers are moot. Transfer still turns on how much someone — developed, developing or undeveloped — is willing to pay for the technology, and whether there is an identifiable need that it can satisfy with a minimum of sophistication. The simpler — and cheaper — the better. That may very well become the theme of a new worldwide movement called “appropriate technology”, which, among several other matters, is also discussed in this paper. © the Technology Transfer Society 1977 |

That may very well become the theme of a new worldwide movement called “appropriate technology”, which, among several other matters, is also discussed in this paper.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Nigeria</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Technology Transfer</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">OPEC</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Brake Shoe</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Nology Transfer</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Enthalten in</subfield><subfield code="t">The journal of technology transfer</subfield><subfield code="d">Kluwer Academic Publishers, 1984</subfield><subfield code="g">1(1977), 2 vom: Sept., Seite 93-104</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-627)130846082</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-600)1022920-6</subfield><subfield code="w">(DE-576)371054540</subfield><subfield code="x">0892-9912</subfield><subfield code="7">nnns</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="1" ind2="8"><subfield code="g">volume:1</subfield><subfield code="g">year:1977</subfield><subfield code="g">number:2</subfield><subfield code="g">month:09</subfield><subfield code="g">pages:93-104</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="1"><subfield code="u">https://doi.org/10.1007/BF02622192</subfield><subfield code="z">lizenzpflichtig</subfield><subfield code="3">Volltext</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_USEFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">SYSFLAG_A</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">GBV_OLC</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">SSG-OLC-TEC</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">SSG-OLC-WIW</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="951" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">AR</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="952" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="d">1</subfield><subfield code="j">1977</subfield><subfield code="e">2</subfield><subfield code="c">09</subfield><subfield code="h">93-104</subfield></datafield></record></collection>
