Saturation of titanium alloys with copper by diffusion
Summary We determined the conditions of hardening titanium alloys by saturation with copper either by saturation with a solid carburizer or with a paste in argon at 750–950°C (in an electric furnace). Under these conditions the hardness at a depth of 0.4 mm is $ H_{μ} $=1150.
