Abstract The ingot of Fe−Si−Al alloy was crushed and ground into plate and granular shaped powders. The powders were classified into several groups in the range from 7 μm to 105 μm by particle sizes. The inner magnetic hyperfine field decreased slightly with the decrease of a particle size and the magnetic field distribution changed between plate and granular particles.
