A Spectral Approach for Generating Non-Local Boundary Conditions for External Wave Problems in Anisotropic Media

Abstract Operator of proposed low-reflecting boundary conditions is derived by approximation of discrete transparent boundary conditions obtained numerically. Reasonable computational costs are achieved due to sum-of-exponentials representation of occurring temporal kernels.
