520 | |a Abstract The superconducting feedback resonance in inelastic neutron scattering (INS) has now been found in numerous unconventional superconductors of the cuprate, ferropnictide, and heavy fermion classes. The collective spin excitation appears below Tc at an energy less than the quasiparticle threshold with momentum Q provided the gap changes sign under translation by Q. The resonance has been found in the heavy fermion (HF) superconductors $ CeCu_{2} %$ Si_{2} $, $ CeCoIn_{5} $, and $ UPd_{2} %$ Al_{3} $, and recently in Fe-pnictide $ Ba_{1−x} %$ K_{x} %$ Fe_{2} %$ As_{2} $, $ BaFe_{2−x} %$ Co_{x} %$ As_{2} $, $ BaFe_{2−x} %$ Ni_{x} %$ As_{2} $, and $ FeSe_{1−x} %$ Te_{x} $ compounds and may be a more general phenomenon. Of particular interest is the interaction of the 3d spin exciton with the 4f crystalline electric field (CEF) excitations in rare earth based unconventional superconductors like $ CeFeAsO_{1−x} %$ F_{x} $ pnictide and $ Nd_{2−x} %$ Ce_{x} %$ CuO_{4} $ cuprate where a coupling between 3d spin resonance and 4f CEF excitations leads to intriguing interaction effects observed experimentally by INS. | ||

Feedback Spin Exciton Formation in Unconventional Superconductors |
abstract |
Abstract The superconducting feedback resonance in inelastic neutron scattering (INS) has now been found in numerous unconventional superconductors of the cuprate, ferropnictide, and heavy fermion classes. |

Of particular interest is the interaction of the 3d spin exciton with the 4f crystalline electric field (CEF) excitations in rare earth based unconventional superconductors like $ CeFeAsO_{1−x} %$ F_{x} $ pnictide and $ Nd_{2−x} %$ Ce_{x} %$ CuO_{4} $ cuprate where a coupling between 3d spin resonance and 4f CEF excitations leads to intriguing interaction effects observed experimentally by INS.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Feedback effect</subfield><subfield code="7">(dpeaa)DE-He213</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Unconventional superconductors</subfield><subfield code="7">(dpeaa)DE-He213</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Inelastic neutron scattering</subfield><subfield code="7">(dpeaa)DE-He213</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Eremin, I.</subfield><subfield code="e">verfasserin</subfield><subfield code="4">aut</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Akbari, A.</subfield><subfield code="e">verfasserin</subfield><subfield code="4">aut</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Fulde, P.</subfield><subfield code="e">verfasserin</subfield><subfield code="4">aut</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Enthalten in</subfield><subfield code="t">Journal of superconductivity</subfield><subfield code="d">Dordrecht [u.a.] : Springer Science + Business Media B.V., 1988</subfield><subfield code="g">23(2010), 5 vom: 15.
