520 | |a Abstract Melamine, which has three free amino groups and three aromatic nitrogen atoms in its molecule, can be potentially used as an adsorbent for metal ions. Factors associated with adsorption efficiency of vanadium by melamine were systematically investigated, including initial pH value of solution, temperature, contact time, and dosage of melamine. The optimal operation conditions for adsorption performance of vanadium with melamine were obtained. The adsorption efficiency was over 99.97% at the initial pH value of 1.18, molar ratio of n (melamine)/n (vanadium) = 1.0 for 60 min. The kinetic data for the adsorption followed well the pseudo second-order kinetic model. | ||

The kinetic data for the adsorption followed well the pseudo second-order kinetic model.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Melamine</subfield><subfield code="7">(dpeaa)DE-He213</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Vanadium</subfield><subfield code="7">(dpeaa)DE-He213</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="4"><subfield code="a">Adsorption</subfield><subfield code="7">(dpeaa)DE-He213</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Liu, Zuohua</subfield><subfield code="e">verfasserin</subfield><subfield code="4">aut</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Tao, Changyuan</subfield><subfield code="e">verfasserin</subfield><subfield code="4">aut</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="773" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Enthalten in</subfield><subfield code="t">Water, air & soil pollution</subfield><subfield code="d">Dordrecht [u.a.] : Springer Science + Business Media B.V, 1971</subfield><subfield code="g">228(2017), 8 vom: 11. Adsorption Process of Vanadium (V) with Melamine |
abstract |
Abstract Melamine, which has three free amino groups and three aromatic nitrogen atoms in its molecule, can be potentially used as an adsorbent for metal ions. |
