A total 57 representative groundwater samples from different bore wells and hand pumps were collected during pre-monsoon. Samples were analyzed for various physiochemical parameters including fluoride. GIS technique is adopted to prepare DEM and spatial distribution map of fluoride to represent fluoride concentration in the study area. Results obtained from analysis with GIS mapping reveal that fluoride in the study is mainly attributed to geogenic source. | ||

abstract |
Abstract The present study deals with the groundwater quality with respect to $ F^{−} $ in the Mandavi Taluka of Surat city with an objective to analyze the spatial variability of ground water quality parameter. © The Author(s) 2017 |
